Purchase of Domains
Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of F.Hinds own URL unless agreed directly with F.Hinds or Lakestar McCann.
Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate programme. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of F.Hinds to your database you must seek prior approval from Lakestar/F.Hinds
In addition, all creative must be signed-off by Affiliate Window/Lakestar/F.Hinds prior to final send.

Display Activity
Any affiliates that promote F.Hinds via display are responsible for their activity, regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting F.Hinds. F.Hinds reserve the rights to withhold commissions if the affiliate breaches F.Hinds terms and conditions.
Copy & Creative
Affiliates should only use creative supplied directly from the Affiliate Window interface.
Affiliates must only use the copy provided to them by F.Hinds through the Affiliate Window system or by Lakestar.
Bespoke copy/creative may be signed-off on a case-by-case basis. Please contact email fhindsaffiliates@lakestarmccann.com with any bespoke requests.
Social Media & Mobile
Affiliates are not permitted to pose as F.Hinds on any social media or mobile platforms. Affiliates are permitted to advertise F.Hinds on their own branded social and mobile pages.
