Terms and Conditions
Anyone found infringing these terms will be contacted by the Edinburgh Airport Affiliate Team. Please note anyone in breach of the T&Cs may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances, Edinburgh Airport reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found in breach of these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity. Edinburgh Airport’s decision is final.
Transactions
Commission is paid (excluding all taxes, and credit card fees) on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied on all validated sales.
There is a 30-day cookie window for customers to make a purchase.
Sales validation
All sales will be validated once the customer has completed use of the service.
All orders are validated to ensure that no fraudulent or unauthorised sales are apparent.
All fraudulent or unauthorised sales will result in commission being declined.
All sales will be validated on a last-click attribution basis only.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates may only promote Edinburgh Airport voucher codes that are released through Affiliate Window.
Any unauthorised voucher codes or offers that are promoted will result in commission not being paid.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.
Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
All voucher code activity must be conducted in line with the IAB code of conduct.
Sales will not be validated if the customer has used an affiliate in conjunction with a promotional code from another marketing channel.
Email marketing
Affiliates promoting Edinburgh Airport through email marketing must contact the Edinburgh Airport Affiliate Team for sign-off.
Use of trademark
Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Edinburgh Airport. These rights include trademarks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information.
Social media campaigns
Affiliates must not promote themselves on our Official Edinburgh Airport Twitter or Facebook pages, blogs or any other social media outlets where we have an official presence.
Paid Search:
These Terms and Conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to, search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the variations or misspellings of the terms Edinburgh Parking, or Edinburgh Airport parking, and Edinburgh +deals, discount, vouchercode variations, i.e. Edinburgh Parking promo codes, or on the Edinburgh Airport domain names (listed below).
Please add these to your negative keywords in order to avoid any confusion.
Affiliates are not allowed to directly link from paid search ad's to:

Affiliates are not permitted to use the term, “Edinburgh”, “Edinburgh Parking”, “Edinburgh Airport “, “Plane parking” variations or misspellings within their display URLs, domain, or sub domain e.g:

edinburghparking.co.uk
secure.edinburghparking.com
edinburghairportparking.com
Affiliates are prevented from using the term, “Edinburgh” in the ad title, and the word “official” in their ad copy or title.
Affiliates found not complying with the policy will be removed from the program and their commission will not be paid.
Affiliates must not create another website representing themselves or passing themselves off as being Edinburgh Airport or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that such partner site is the official Edinburgh Airport site.
With regards to this any decision by Edinburgh Airport is full and final.
Terms & Conditions will be reviewed periodically. We will notify affiliates of any changes.
