ActivInstinct Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Any affiliates found to be breaking these terms and conditions will be removed from the programme, and have any due commissions set to zero.

Keyword Policy

Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on any keywords that contain the ActivInstinct brand, nor are they allowed to use the brand within their display URL in any PPC advertising. Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on misspellings or variations of the brand name (Activinstinct)Affiliates may bid on competitor brands

As ActivInstinct has their own PPC programme, they will be linking directly to their site, therefore affiliates bidding on generic keywords should ensure their traffic is directed to their own websites first. Please add any relative keywords to your negative lists prior to starting PPC activity on this programme. This should include, but not be limited to the list below:

ActivInstinct
Activ instinct

Any misspellings or variations of URLs are also not permitted. Affiliates are encouraged to bid on all product brands so long as they use landing pages

Voucher codes
Affiliates are requested not to use voucher codes unless they have been specifically assigned by the client- as commissions from orders using other voucher codes may not be approved.

Graphical elements
There is a wide selection of creative’s available within the Affiliate Window interface for you to use to promote this programme. If these are not satisfactory for your requirements then new designs may be submitted to Activinstinct for approval. No new banners should be run until sign-off has been gained from Activinstinct. You are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this Affiliate programme emails databases should be Opt-in and compliant with ‘can spam act 2008’

Purchasing of domain names
Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include the ActivInstinct brand names, or variations or misspellings of the brand terms

Incentive sites
ActivInstinct encourages loyalty and cashback to promote the campaign.
Voucher code sites may not list false voucher codes or voucher codes not associated with the affiliate program, however special offers and giveaways may be used instead. Brands may not be advertised along side adult or otherwise illegal content. Affiliates using spyware, adware or phishing scams will be removed from the program and all commissions unpaid.
